Effect of Inoculation with bacteria Azospirillum brasilense and Glomus mosseae and Levels of Organic Matter in the Phosphorous available and Growth Of Barley Plant (Hordeum Vulgare L.)

Abstract

A field experiment was conducted in Al-Muthanna, Iraq, to study the effects of bio-fertilization Azospirillum brasilense and Glomus mosseae single, gathering, non-inoculation and three levels of organic matter (0, 1, 2{8aa0d92a9d700de00931fb59e75e46e902b43698544c97f28f7bec3700555d1d} ) on growth of barley (Hordeum vulgare. L), grown on silty clay loam soil. Application of biofertilizer  A3O2  significantly increased   growth of plant in terms of plant, height, dry weight of stem, weight of 1000 seed, and available phosphorous by (94.40 cm, 2.27 gm plant-1, 28.50 gm, 27.46 mg kg-1),  respectively. Plant inoculations with (Azospirillum brasilense  and Glomus mosseae) improved plnat growth and available phosphors.
