Guide for Authors

  1. General principles

MJAS publishes original manuscripts have been arranged in sections as below:

Title, author name (s), English abstract, keywords, Arabic Abstract, introduction, materials and methods, results and discussion, conclusion, if there is any, and finally references.

All above sections may require subheading within these section to insure meticulous and attractive organization of the article.

  1. Reporting guidelines

Authors are asked to obeyed the MJAS adopted style or may in some cases the editorial board has to change the author style to the MJAS adopted style to sustain MJAS stability of its structure. In case the author refuses the style alteration, then we have to reject his manuscripts.

MJAS is ready to publish the accepted manuscripts in both Arabic and English languages, member of editorial boards is responsible for editing the manuscripts for prove readers in both English and Arabic languages.

MJAS has a link with some local and international translation companies, and thus the authors can deal with them, if they want to publish their manuscripts in English.

MJAS first processing charge is 30 ID (recently $ 25 USD), 10 ID for, first reviewer, second reviewer, and plagiarism. The second charge is 70 ID (58.3 USD) at publications after receiving the approval.

Page margin 1.5cm in all left, wright, above and below, all manuscript section are included.

Title should expletory for the applied treatments and their response.

In small letters

No more 30 words within two lines maximum

Names of living organism should be accompanied with their scientific names

Beginning with Capital letters and names too.

Title font 12 bold time new roman shifted to wright hand side in English and to the left hand side in Arabic, no intra spaces between lines.

  1. Author name (s)

Font 10 bold time new roman shifted to wright hand side in English and to the left hand side in Arabic, no intra spaces between lines.

First author with his affiliation or address in the first line

Second author with his address in the second line and so on for other authors

First given name, middle, and then surname

lll. English Abstracts

Font 12-time new roman no intra spaces between lines

No more 150 words maximum

Mentioning the date and place of experiment conducting

The objective of the experiment

The most important results for each factor included in the experiment

Interaction results of applied factors

Adding the corresponding author email and telephone

lV. Arabic Abstract

Resemble style regulation as in above subsection, lll. English abstract.

  1. Keywords

Font 10-time new roman

No more 8 words in their dedicated box on the left hand side of English abstract

These adopted words should be expletory and intimately related to the investigated factors.

Glossary words related to the investigated factors are preferred.

The main titles in bold small letter

Experimental objective engages the final paragraph of the introduction

Author included in all manuscript sections should be written normally for instance

Vll. Materials and Methods

Date and place can be mentioned, particularly uncontrolled condition trails

Altitude, latitude, and longitude can be mentioned, particularly uncontrolled condition trails

Vll. Results and discussion

No paragraph indentation

Main and sub main section are only allowed to be written in bold

Tables should be as follow:

  1. Engage 100% of the page width…. Go to table properties and select percentage.
  2. Table title in small no bold letters for instance Table (1). ……
  3. Table with hidden lines except the above and below title lines and the last line of the table
  4. Table title and expletory details have to be included within the table format
  5. Expletory details should in the last line of the table
  6. No matter what the font is, however it should be time new roman
  7. Black no bold no colored lines only
  8. Figures and Histogram should be meaningful, obvious and expletory
