Abstract:
A field experiment was conducted in an field of the wheat research station that located in the Al-Warka locality northeast of Al-Muthanna province during the autumn season 2014-2015 in order to study the effect of different dates and levels of agricultural sulfur that added to the soil planted with a two cultivars of wheat Triticum aestivum L. on available iron and its content in plant before planting stage and at flowering. A randomized complete block design with a style of split split plot with three replicates. The results showed that the agricultural sulfur addition at level 2000 Kg S ha-1 was a significant effect to increasing the soil contain of available iron before planting and at flowering because of its effect of decrease pH soil were its values was 7.14 and 7.25 for the both stages before planting and at flowering sequentially, the level 2000 Kg S ha-1 gave the highest mean of iron in the soil which were 4.15 and 4.05 mgFe kg-1 soil, the added date in September gives a highest mean for the avaliable iron in the soil before planting which were 3.68 mgFe kg-1 soil, also the added date in December gave a highest mean for the avaliable iron in the soil which were 3.27 mgFe kg-1 soil in flowering stage. Achieved the level of added 2000 Kg S ha-1 and the added date in December the height mean of iron in the plant which were sequentially 628.7 and 553.44 mgFe kg-1 dry matter in the flowering stage. And about the cultivars, IPA-99 gave the highest mean of available iron in the soil in flowering stage which were 3.20 mgFe Kg-1 soil, the cultivars did not affect significantly in iron content of plant in the stage of flowering. Interaction between the added levels, added dates and cultivars gave the highest means for the available iron before planting and at flowering.

Abstract
The pots experiment carried out under greenhouse conditions at College of Agriculture of Al-Muthana University during 2013. to investigate the interaction effects of using two foreign strains of bacteria R.leguminosarun were obtained from International Centre for Agriculture Research in the Dry Land (ICARD), and three methods for application the inoculant (carrier, infusion seeds, soil inoculation), by using plastic pots of 5 kg capacity research amid to evaluate the effect of inoculation broad bean plants. A strains diagnosed by biochemical testes, microscopically and morphological characteristics. The parameters recording at two stages (65 and 105) day the number of nodule and dry matter weight of shoot, dry matter weight of roots, plant height recorded. The treatments means compared by using L.S.D. and three replications for each treatment and the completely randomized design (CRD).
The results obtained from experiments the biochemical test proved that the two strains belong to the genus Rhizobium the inoculated plants had higher measurements in all examined plant parameters than the uninoculated ones. The interaction effects of inoculant (R483+ Carrier) showed the highest
influence on increasing all characters.

Abstract:
Experiment was conducted in research station (the first) of the Faculty of Agriculture / University of Muthanna for the period from 07/22/2015 until 09/5/2015 in order to study the effect of adding aqueous extract of flowers Roselle recipes in body weight and increase the weight of consumer, feed and feed conversion coefficient for the Japanese quail , Used in the experiment 256 chicks day-old, were distributed randomly on four transactions by 64 chicks per transaction also distributed chick embryos per treatment to four equal replicates by 16 chicks each repeater, the study body weight and increase the weight of consumer and animal feed and food conversion at the age of two weeks, in end of the fourth week were separated by sex and body weight were measured the weight and increase the consumer, feed and feed conversion coefficient .
Results showed that the addition of flowers water Roselle him extract significant effects (P ≤ 0.05) in the living body weight, weight gain, feed intake, feed conversion of birds coefficient at ages 2, 4 and 6 weeks, and the race a significant effect on the studied traits.

College of agriculture College of Life Sciences College of Life Sciences
University of Muthanna University of Babylon University of Muthanna
ABSTRACT
This study was aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of some of chemical (salicylic acid and calcium chloride) and biological factors (Trichoderma harzianum) and the extract of tomato plant debris on resistance induction in tomato plants against Fusarium wilt disease Fusarium oxysporum f.sp lycopersici and on growth parameter of this crop.
The effect of pre-inoculation treatments of biotic and abiotic inducers to tomato plants in green house conditions against F. o. f. sp. lycopersici , revealed that SA, CaCl2 and T. harzianum which applied three days before inoculation with the pathogen (FOL), were completely prevented disease incidence and disease intensity in tomato plants. Extract of tomato debris revealed less inhibitory effect on percent infection and disease intensity of wilt disease which reduced to 35.24 and 20.94 respectively by un-sterilized extract and to 100{8aa0d92a9d700de00931fb59e75e46e902b43698544c97f28f7bec3700555d1d} and 90.94{8aa0d92a9d700de00931fb59e75e46e902b43698544c97f28f7bec3700555d1d} by sterilized extract compared with that treated with pathogen only.
In contrast, the use of chemical and biological factors, led to increased growth parameters, height, fresh, dry weight of shoots and roots and chlorophyll content in tomato plants treated with SA, CaCl2 and T. harzianum in comparisons with that in untreated plants.

Abstract

This experiment was conducted at the station of sheep and goat research’s / the state board of agricultural research ,the artificial Insemination Department belongs to the Ministry of  Agriculture and in the High Institute of Infertility Diagnosis and Assisted Reproductive Technology at Al-Nahrain university, Baghdad, Iraq to investigate the effects of  cryopreservation on some ram semen characteristics. Six Turkish Awassi rams were used for semen collection and evaluation. several samples of ram semen were collected and evaluated for Volume, pH,color,Sperm concentration ,Mass activity and individual motility using computer assisted semen analysis (CASA) Dead and abnormal sperm and DNA fragmentation index (DFI). Then the semen was diluted 1:19(semen: diluents v/ v) using a Tris diluents and subjected into slow cryopreservation program .The semen samples were assessed after freezing-thawing. Cryopreservation causes a clear decadency in some parameters of ram semen .Result shows that there was a significantly (p< 0.01) affect of cryopreservation on the dead sperms percentage (31.6 ± 1.92), individual motility(IM)(31.33± 1.20{8aa0d92a9d700de00931fb59e75e46e902b43698544c97f28f7bec3700555d1d}) and DNA fragmentation index (DFI) (29.83± 4.45{8aa0d92a9d700de00931fb59e75e46e902b43698544c97f28f7bec3700555d1d}).
