After collection from the follicles, the follicular fluid was subjected to inactivation process and supplied with antibiotics (penicillin and streptomycin), then preserved in the Refrigerator under 5<sup>o<\/sup>c to be used latter. IVM results showed that the concentration of 15{8aa0d92a9d700de00931fb59e75e46e902b43698544c97f28f7bec3700555d1d} SFF significantly (p&lt;0.05) increased the percent of\u00a0 IVM (59{8aa0d92a9d700de00931fb59e75e46e902b43698544c97f28f7bec3700555d1d}\u00b10.5) of the Oocyte with cumulus cells, as compared to anther concentration 0{8aa0d92a9d700de00931fb59e75e46e902b43698544c97f28f7bec3700555d1d},5{8aa0d92a9d700de00931fb59e75e46e902b43698544c97f28f7bec3700555d1d} and 10{8aa0d92a9d700de00931fb59e75e46e902b43698544c97f28f7bec3700555d1d}\u00a0 48 \u00b10.5, 47 \u00b10.4 50 \u00b10.4{8aa0d92a9d700de00931fb59e75e46e902b43698544c97f28f7bec3700555d1d}, respectively.
